•  Each game is 24 minutes straight time with 2 minute shifts.  The clock will stop for line changes.
• All games will be played 3 on 3, plus an additional player in the net.
• Only the ringette line will be used for passing.
• The game will start with a goalie ring.
• All game stoppages result in a goalie ring (goals, crease violations, and ringette line violations).  The attacking team must leave the zone while the goalie throws the ring.
• 5 minutes to change ends, 5 mins to change teams.
