Team Responsibilities
In order to make the day run smoothly, teams are asked to assist with volunteering and with the hospitality room as follows:

Yoga – A yoga instructor will teach the players a 25 minute yoga lesson with a focus on relaxing and stretching muscles. The session will mainly involve standing positions so mats are not required.  The Yoga session will take place on Saturday only.  Teams should each have one volunteer on hand in the Yoga session to assist.

Dance – A dance student will teach a short dance routine to players.  The session will take between 25-30 minutes.  The Dance session will take place on Sunday only.  Teams should each have one volunteer on hand in the Dance session to assist.

Timekeepers – Teams are responsible to provide one volunteer to assist with the clock and scoresheets for each of their games. Timing is being done to the minute so it is important that timekeepers are in the box to start the warm-up on time whether the teams are on the ice or not.

Hospitality Room- Each team is responsible to provide snacks and drinks for the players (Approx. 75 players participating each day) throughout the day. Teams are also asked to assign a designated volunteer to look after the hospitality room during your timeslot. This includes putting out food, making coffee, wiping up spills, and removing empty trays. (Coffee supplies will be provided). Teams are encouraged to get in touch with the other teams in their timeslot to coordinate the snacks and drinks, to be served upstairs.
